Accessibilty refers to making content as universally accessible as possible: disabled users (ADA compliance), different browsers, different languages, etc.

There are many Web design resources on the Internet; those featured here are only a sampling.

And finally, Usability refers to maximum navigational ease. That is to say, designing Web architecture so that users can find information on the respective Web site; if people cannot find what they need from your Website, they will look elsewhere, and in the case of commercial Web sites, this decision may have an averse effect on business.
